Chicken CEO Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Chicken CEO (Gallina CEO in Spanish) is an Android game developed by IM Interactive ("we"). This policy explains what data is processed when you play and who processes it.
In short: we have no servers and no user accounts, and your game is saved only on your phone. The only data that leaves your phone is what Google needs to show ads, and whatever you choose to share.
1. Who we are
- Data controller: IM Interactive
- Contact: nettinker.support@gmail.com
2. Data the game stores on your phone
The game stores in the app's internal storage:
- Your progress: best run, fired chickens, endings seen, cards seen, eggs, skins, office furniture and what the next hen inherits.
- The game in progress, so you can resume it if the app closes.
- Game statistics: how many times you open the app, days played and your last 30 games.
- Your settings, such as sound and language.
This data is not sent to us or anyone else. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings.
If Android backup is turned on, the system may include this data in your Google account backup, as with other apps. Google manages this with your account, and you can turn it off in your phone settings.
3. What you share
The game has buttons to share your farewell, your office or a summary of your games. Tapping them opens Android's share menu with an image or a text, and you choose the app and the person. We don't send anything on our own: whatever you share is handled by the app you choose. You can also copy the summary to the clipboard.
4. Ads (Google AdMob)
The game shows rewarded ads from Google AdMob, which only appear if you choose to watch them (for example, to keep playing or to double your eggs). To provide them, the Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the app may collect and send to Google:
- Your device's advertising ID.
- Your IP address, from which an approximate location is derived.
- Technical device information: model, Android version, language and carrier.
- Ad data: which ads are shown, whether you watch them to the end and whether you tap them.
- Diagnostic and crash data from the SDK itself.
Google processes this data as an independent controller to serve, measure and personalize ads and to prevent fraud. You can read how in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in its Privacy Policy.
Consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent the first time you open it, using Google's form (UMP). If you don't give it, only non-personalized ads are shown, which still use some data to limit frequency, measure and prevent fraud. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy button in the main menu.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact name depends on your phone).
We don't receive any of this data individually. AdMob only shows us aggregated reports (for example, how many ads were watched in total).
5. Purposes and legal basis
| Processing | Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Progress and settings on your phone | Making the game work and remember your game | Never leaves the device |
| Personalized ads | Funding the game | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Non-personalized ads, measurement and fraud prevention | Funding the game and preventing abuse | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
6. Age
The game is not directed at children under 13. In Spain, children under 14 need their parents' or guardians' permission to accept personalized ads. If they don't have it, they can decline them in the form and the game works the same.
7. Your rights
Since we don't keep any of your data on a server, we have nothing to give you, correct or delete. To delete what is on your phone, uninstall the app or clear its data. For ad data, you can withdraw consent from Privacy, reset your advertising ID or exercise your rights with Google.
If you have any questions, write to nettinker.support@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or with the authority in your country.
8. Changes
If something important changes, such as adding in-app purchases or new services that process data, we will update this page and the date above, and mention it in the app's store listing.
